Kacey Ko 高嘉莉
高嘉莉(Kacey)，出生於香港，主修心理學科並以獎學金成績榮譽畢業。Kacey 認為都市人一直努力地應對 家庭、社會期望和情感困惑, 但隨之而來的孤獨感給內心留下了一個難以修補的缺失。自 2013 年接觸油 畫開始,一直專注探索藝術與心理之間的連繫，並研究藝術如何以最純粹的形式重新連結內在的自我。 一份充滿活力、完整和富有同情心的內心深處, 是靈魂所居住的世界。kacey鍾愛以特別的雲彩、樹、河流和山脈，來配合其風景題材，作品通過一層層色彩的交疊、形態和變化，流露大自然那份自由的本質，試圖啟發觀賞者觀照內心深處那份活力、圓滿和富有同情心的感悟。
Kacey Ko is an up and coming artist who fell in love with oil painting the moment she started painting in 2013. She has been developing her own unique style since, through trial and error and by exchanging ideas with other artists. Ko studied psychology and continues to explore its relationship with the arts. She is particularly interested in experimenting how art as a medium helps us reconnect with our true selves. The depiction of natural scenery is undoubtedly a sight to behold for those who have long been barred from travels, yearning for a means of escape. However, rather than painting a realistic account of natural landscapes, the artist blends moments of realism and fantasy to conjure works that will seem familiar, yet foreign, and as such refreshing to the eye.
